We are fortunate in the GTA to have so many offerings to train our players. There are times when your player needs to be taught hockey skills such as shooting, passing and stickhandling and there are other times that they need to focus on skating. We specialize in skating. Our sole focus is to improve your players skating which leads to increased speed, power, efficiency, agility, balance and more. Skating is the foundation of hockey – why wouldn’t you want to go to a specialist?

Based on 5 years of data collected from our client base, we consistently rank 8.5/10 or higher on meeting expectations. 93% of our players increase their speed based on 1 session of PS 101. Clients also state that they are extremely likely to recommend our program and sign up for additional sessions.
Edge Power skating offers the best of both hockey and figure skating technique. Our coaches provide technical expertise and detailed instruction with individual attention to each player’s specific needs. We coach in hockey skates and we incorporate the stick and pucks into the lesson.

We tried running evening skates over the summer months but what we found was A – the players are super tired from being at camp all day and often in the sun most of the day B – the weather was nice and players and parents didnt want to be in arenas in the summer evenings.

However, if you can create a group of 4-6 players we may be able to offer small group training  between 5-6 pm, before the ice rates increase for evening hours
